The smartest thing we did was to hire Michelle as our architect for our home. Her insight for the details to put into the house, we would have never thought of. When we needed something changed or we thought something was wrong, she would always help us out and work with the contractors to resolve any problems, she always “went to bat” for us! Without her help, we would have never been able to qualify for the Nebraska Energy Efficient home loan program. Designing an addition to an 1870s farmhouse that was adjoined to an 1890s Victorian four square requires a significant amount of creativity, patience, flexibility, and focus on detail.
